Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of $100. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the fee will be charged to the payment method on file. This policy enables us to offer your time slot to another client and minimizes fees for you.
No-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee or $100, whichever amount is greater, and this charge is non-refundable and will not be applied towards future services.
Cancellations will only be accepted via telephone call. Cancellations made via outside sources such as text, social media messages, etc. will not be accepted. You can reach us at 806-410-0111.
We appreciate your understanding, as punctuality ensures a smooth experience for all clients.
