Appointment Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of $100. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the fee will be charged to the payment method on file. This policy enables us to offer your time slot to another client and minimizes fees for you. No-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee or $100, whichever amount is greater, and this charge is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding, as punctuality ensures a smooth experience for all clients.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations or appointment rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $100 fee.

No-shows will automatically be charged $100 to the card on file.
